All tax preparations include initial onsite interview with client,     

delivery and follow-up review upon completion.

Simple returns  - Wages, limited interest, dividends and

non-itemizers.                                                                           $100 to $225

Moderate complexity
- Itemized deductions and some complex

issues such as stock trades, pension distributions, significant

investment income, simple rental property, or simple

self-employment situations.                                                      $225 to $350

Complex returns
- General complexities, such as complex or

multiple rental properties, self-employment income, stock options  

exercised,  partnership and corporate returns.                    Starting at $350


Tax Planning/Estimating/Consulting -                                     $200/hr

 -Preparation and filing of all State and Federal applications and forms

 -Preparation of all corporate documents

 -Application for tax ID number

 -Professional binder of all corporate documents

 -Initial consultation to review requirements and demonstrate how the entity should be operated.              



Payroll Only: (first 2 employees)                           $50/mo each extra employee +$10/mo
